WHO CAN HELP YOU REACH FOR THE STARS?
The power of group thinking and mutual support to help you make your dreams a reality.
In the three years since we launched our Audrey platform and community to help women like us navigate their way through the tricky bits of midlife, of re-evaluation and reinvention, we have learnt a great deal about the realities of turning a new venture into a success. When you dream big you have to be prepared to learn fast and put in the hours to make things happen – no one else is going to do it for you!
But opening up our membership last year has given us so many ‘aha-moments’ (thanks Oprah) as we’ve learnt from the kick-ass women who’ve joined the Audrey tribe exactly what can be achieved together. Women who’ve gone on to apply for and get jobs they love, to launch new ventures, to change careers, to take their business to the next level, to make tough decisions with confidence and shift their focus to exciting projects that make their hearts sing. It CAN be done. Here are a few of the things we’ve learnt from our members…
Being part of a tribe gives you oomph, a sense that anything is possible.
Most people are just like you and I and we all have our confidence wobbles.
Some people just need a little support and accountability and with it they can achieve so much.
Share a conundrum with a group of kick-ass women and you’ll get invaluable feedback and suggestions.
When women get together with a likeminded goal of success, everyone is lifted.
Accountability means being reminded of your goals and intentions when your resolve starts to wobble.
We all have bad weeks and being able to talk about them in a safe space is empowering and reassuring.
The struggle to feel confident on social media is pretty much universal.
Great minds working together give you focus and inspiration to get on with the tasks ahead.
The decisions we make collectively feel much more considered than those we make in isolation.
Being an Audrey member means there’s so many people you can ask for help, all urging you on.
When you’re struggling, being around likeminded women can help you get your groove back.
We may work in different sectors but face many of the same challenges.
Even when you don’t know what it is you want to achieve, you get motivated to achieve or do more.
